各位們好，我在國立陽明大學物理治療畢業的
健美經驗：我之前比過大專盃健美比賽。兩次都有拿到第二名。我明年底也要比海灘男孩賽。
健身教練經驗：我之前都有在我大學和私人健身房Kline當教練過，也好幾年有一對一的課程。
另外：我已經8年多當了不穩定的模特兒了。很多不同的鑄件和照片拍攝。所以準備峰值形狀都沒什麼問題。
其他：我16歲就開始練身體，19歲開始認真的練健美方面。我不知有經驗，也有教育可以幫你們忙練到漂亮的身材。有興趣的話DM我，聊一下內容。謝謝
Opening up gym training classes:
I'm a graduate of National Yagming University with a physical therapy degree
Bodybuilding Experience: I have competed in two bodybuilding contests and took 2nd each time. I also am planning on competing next year in December for physique.
Training experience: I have worked at different gyms as a personal trainer in Taipei. At my university gym at NYMU, Kline, and have trained clients 1 on 1 on and off for years.
Other: I have worked as a model on and off for 8 years for various castings and photoshoots. I know how to readily prep and be in peak physique for those events.
Have been training with weights since I was 16y/o and seriously bodybuilding since I was 19. I have experience and education under my belt to help you get into shape. If you're interested send me a DM on either FB or IG for inquiries. Thx
